Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Assembly Lead for the 3rd shift (5:30pm–3:30am) in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee kit inspection and assembly operations, guide operators, and ensure adherence to SPI standards, safety, and quality.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and prior manufacturing leadership. Competitive hourly pay starting at $20+ per hour, with shift-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience leading a manufacturing team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized on a fast-paced floor.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support assembly operators on the 3rd shift.
• Ensure compliance with SPI standards and company procedures.
• Track quality performance and oversee rework procedures.
• Identify and resolve safety, quality, and production issues.
• Train new leads and substitutes; provide direction.
• Prepare weekly timecards and manage time entries.
