AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Glendale, CA. You’ll use a consultative approach to help customers choose devices and services, build meaningful connections, and drive sales with uncapped commission opportunities. Sign‑on bonus of $4,000 applies for qualified hires.

Let’s talk about what to expect: On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine. You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs. Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded. Sign-on bonus is not applicable to internal employees. To be eligible for the bonus, be hired by AT&T for the location listed. AT&T reserves the right, as its discretion, to pay your 1st portion of the bonus payments after 90 days of your first date of employment the second payment after you complete 12 months of employment . Total payouts = $4,000.00. Your receipt of these bonus payouts are contingent upon your agreement with the terms set forth under Agreement for Repayment of Sign-On Bonus and in general, provides that you will repay the bonus if you voluntarily terminate your employment within 12 months of the first day of your employment. Eligibility also includes being in good standing at the time of payout.
