Job summary

Middleton Place is seeking an Armed Security Officer to patrol courtyards, offices, pools and high-value areas, ensuring access control and property protection with close attention to detail and safety.

The role requires proficiency in English and Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a patrol vehicle. You will create detailed reports, work with clients, and follow post orders to maintain security standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile security patrols (foot and vehicle) of courtyards, offices, pools and other high-value areas.
• Write detailed, accurate reports using company tech and apps per site orders.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow dress code and safety standards on every shift.
• Interact with clients and staff to maintain peace of mind and protect property.
• Coordinate with Branch Patrol Supervisor for updates on client needs and route changes.
