Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Brooklyn, NY. You will use a consultative approach to help customers choose from AT&T’s devices and services, and you’ll be part of a community through events and online order fulfilment.

Candidates with bilingual Arabic and English abilities are welcome; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided for those new to sales. Expect a 9am–9pm schedule incl. weekends with competitive compensation.

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast‑paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs. Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $27,000– $48,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
