A customer support solutions company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support an airline partner in New York. This full-time, overnight role requires strong interpersonal skills and a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends. Qualifications
Prior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, preferred but not required.
Flexible work schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays.
Second language, preferable Spanish plus.
Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site liaison with the airline partner, providing support and training.
Process client requests received from the airline through the API Operations system.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best outcome for the client.
