Qualifications

• Prior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, preferred but not required.
• Flexible work schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Second language, preferable Spanish plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site liaison with the airline partner, providing support and training.
• Process client requests received from the airline through the API Operations system.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best outcome for the client.
