Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; minor in computer information systems.
• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities preferred for supporting diverse operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, examines, and analyzes accounting records and monthly financial statements.
• Maintains and reconciles all general ledger accounts.
• Monitors cash balances and generates reports for management of affiliated entities.
• Performs monthly close tasks and journal entries with accuracy.
• Analyzes costs, revenues, and budgets; supports variance analysis and forecasting.
