ABA360 in Bayonne, NJ is seeking a Bilingual ABA Therapist (Spanish preferred) for flexible, part-time hours starting in the home or community-based settings. No prior experience required and opportunity to pursue the Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team for direct skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
