BK Healthcare Management seeks a bilingual ABA Therapist (Spanish required) for Passaic, NJ, to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. This part-time role supports students and families through BK Academy training opportunities and tuition discounts.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position emphasizes empathy, reliability, and collaboration with families to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
