Job summary

aba360 is seeking a Bilingual ABA Therapist (Spanish required) in Clifton, NJ. This role provides one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

You'll receive paid training, schedule from Monday to Friday 3:30pm–6:30pm, part-time hours with opportunities for growth. Prior ABA experience isn't required; RBT training is provided after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to complete 40-hour RBT training.
• No ABA experience required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.

A minimum commitment of six months is required.

Full training is provided, and no prior ABA experience is necessary.
