Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking a bilingual ABA Therapist to join our Weehawken-based team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism in home or community settings, focusing on independence and positive behavior.

Spanish language fluency is required. No prior experience is needed as training is provided. Part-time shifts, with afternoons/evenings, and same-day pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required; strong communication in both English and Spanish.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
