No prior experience required; opportunities to pursue RBT certification and participate in BK Academy training programs. Positions start part-time with potential to increase hours based on schedule and needs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
