Job summary

ABA360 in New Jersey seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. This role supports independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, collaborating closely with families and the clinical team.

No experience is required, with opportunities to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and on-the-job training through BK Academy. Flexible after-school hours and weekend options are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
