Job summary

ABA 360 in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a Bilingual ABA Therapist (Spanish required) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. This entry point role is ideal for college students and those new to the field, with part-time schedules available and same day pay.

You will join a supportive clinical team, record session data, and help children with autism build skills while collaborating with families and providers. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
