Job summary

ABA360 in Cherry Hill Township, NJ is seeking a Bilingual ABA Therapist (Spanish required) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will support independence and positive behavior under supervision, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
