Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Bilingual ABA Therapist (Spanish required) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required; start part-time with flexible after-school hours and opportunities to gain certification through BK Academy.

You will collaborate with families and the clinical team, record session data, and support independence and positive behavior development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
