ABA360 is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home and community settings in New Jersey. You will provide individualized ABA services under supervision, contributing to skill-building and positive behavior change.

No experience is required; BK Academy offers training. This role offers after-school hours, part-time opportunities, and a path into the psychology field with flexible scheduling and patient family collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Minimum 6 month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
