ABA360 in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children with Autism in home or community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, help with skill-building plans, and support families in implementing strategies.

No prior experience required; BK Academy offers 40-hour training and RBT certification path. This entry point offers flexible after-school hours, part-time schedules, and opportunities for growth within a thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Entry into BK Academy for RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
