aba360 seeks individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with Autism build independence through evidence-based interventions. This entry-level role welcomes college students and requires a passion to make a difference.

No prior experience is required; training opportunities like the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course are encouraged. Flexible part-time hours with afternoon or evening shifts support students and caregivers

Qualifications

Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
