Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile West Columbia is seeking a Sales Representative to help customers choose plans and devices in-store. You will engage shoppers, explain promotions, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Required bilingual Spanish/English abilities and open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers base earnings plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products in-store.
• Engage customers daily and explain plans and devices.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
