A leading company in manufacturing seeks an Inside Sales Assistant to manage purchase orders and factory shipments, ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should be bilingual in English and Japanese with experience in customer service and project management. This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Experience & Skills:
· English + Japanese [i.e., speaking, reading, and writing]
· Experienced in manufacturing or distribution industries a plus
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or support role
· Experienced in project management, forecasting, or inventory control
· Experienced with Microsoft Office
· Capable of effectively handling all aspects of order and delivery schedules of overseas production programs
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills (e.g., lead-time and schedule arrangement)
· Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
· Provide excellent customer service
· Team player
Inside Sales Assistant Task Summary:
· Manage, organize, and maintain factory purchase orders
· Process factory shipments
· Receive and handle inquiries from the factory or Inside Sales
· Process factory forecast entries
· Process daily factory updates using Excel
· Process and follow up on returned materials with the factory
· Take on projects and tasks as assigned by Management
· Other General clerical duties as assigned by Management
