Qualifications

• Experience building and repairing bicycles
• Strong customer service skills in a retail setting
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 35 lbs during shifts

Responsibilities

• Build and repair bikes according to established procedures
• Provide passionate customer service in the Bike Department
• Promote store programs and seasonal promotions
• Achieve sales goals through bike and related merchandise
• Uphold merchandise presentation standards
• Maintain safety and store policies across the department
• Assist with assembly of exercise equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team to support store operations
