Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Bike Delivery Rider in Indianapolis, IN. You will deliver orders to offsite customers by bicycle and help inshop when needed, contributing to a fast-paced, friendly service environment.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide two forms of identification for I-9, supply your own bicycle, and ride safely obeying traffic laws. The role offers an hourly wage plus tips, with tips/DMR paid daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Provide 2 forms of identification per federal i-9 form
• Provide your own bicycle to deliver with (No motorized items allowed)
• Ride safe and obey the laws of the road, using bike lanes and roadways

Responsibilities

• Creating a fun, positive and energetic vibe
• Deliver orders to offsite customers via your own bicycle
• Work as an Inshop when there are no deliveries
• Execute our world class sandwiches, wraps, etc.
• Ensure order accuracy
• Deliver on the most efficient routes
• Take customer orders in person and by phone
• Run a register while handling money or other forms of payment
• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
• Clean the kitchen, restrooms, parking lots and lobby
• Assist with food preparation (slicing, labeling, weighing, bagging)

Salary Range: $7.25 To $15.00 Hourly

Job Purpose: To professionally handle customer orders for the company while creating a friendly and competent image. To assist the General Manager/Assistant Manager/ PIC in tasks as assigned.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

• Creating a fun, positive and energetic vibe
• Deliver orders to offsite customers via your own bicycle
• Work as an Inshop (refer to inshop job description for more information) when there are no deliveries
• Execute our world class sandwiches. wraps, etc.

• Running a register while handling money or other forms of payment
• Providing excellent customer service via in person and by phone
• Cleaning of the kitchen, restrooms, parking lot(s) and lobby

SKILLS, ABILITIES & REQUIREMENTS (but not limited to)

• Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.

BIKE DELIVERY RIDERS ARE PAID AN HOURLY WAGE AS WELL AS TIPS/DMR. TIPS/DMR ARE PAID DAILY VIA A CARD PROVIDED.
