Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Miami Beach is looking for a part-time Bike Delivery Driver at 1227 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. You will deliver cookies and desserts, check orders, and provide friendly, efficient service to customers in person or by phone.

Must have a bike, a smartphone, and be legally eligible to work in the United States; 18+; you’ll use our delivery app and contribute to timely, safe deliveries with great local knowledge of the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted).
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers, whether in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Bike Delivery Driver at our Miami Beach store located at 1227 Washington Avenue Miami Beach, FL 33139, you are our "Boots on the ground", and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word "Delivery" a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.
