Insomniacookies in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier to bring cookies, milk and ice cream to fans with speed and care.

You'll check orders, follow the delivery app, and provide friendly, professional service in person or by phone. You must own a bike, have a smartphone, be 18+, and legally able to work in the United States. Flexible, part-time shifts with perks await.

Qualifications

• Proven time-management skills and organization.
• Knowledge of the store's 1-mile radius is a plus.
• Must own a functioning bicycle for deliveries.
• Smartphone with data plan to use the delivery app.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to fans promptly and safely.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person or by phone.
• Use the delivery app to update customers per company standards.

Bike Delivery Courier

Location: Silver Spring, MD.

As a Bike Courier, you are the "Boots on the ground" and the main face that Insomniacs see outside the bakery. You deliver the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have your own bike in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
