Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a senior Big Data specialist in Bellevue, WA with 10+ years of hands-on Hadoop and related ecosystem experience.

The role focuses on developing and optimizing multiple facets of the Hadoop stack, including HDFS, MapReduce, YARN, Flume, HBase, Accumulo, Spark, and Python. Ideal candidates will hold BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent and demonstrate deep technical expertise across distributed data processing systems.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of hands-on Hadoop and Big Data experience.
• Proven ability to develop across the Hadoop ecosystem and related technologies.
• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering or computing disciplines.

Responsibilities
