Teledyne LeCroy is seeking an IC Design Engineer in Chestnut Ridge, NY to design custom BiCMOS ICs for oscilloscopes and probes, from concept through tape-out, using Cadence tools. You will join a team of experienced designers tackling challenging high-speed electronics.

The role emphasizes RF and wideband design techniques, with collaboration across engineering disciplines to ensure reliability and manufacturability in production environments.

Formación

• BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with strong design background.
• Experience with BiCMOS IC design and tape-out processes.
• Understanding of RF topics, S-parameters and matching networks.

Responsabilidades

• Design custom ICs from concept through tape-out for oscilloscope products.
• Oversee layout to ensure performance targets and manufacturability are met.
