Qualifications

• Must meet Biblical Qualifications of pastor (1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1).
• Affirms Baptist Faith & Message 2000 (as amended 2023).
• Minimum 5 years pastoral experience.
• Experience in church administration and financial oversight.
• Supervisory church leadership preferred.
• Seminary Graduate preferred.

• Shepherd, encourage, equip, and walk alongside the congregation.
• Lead with biblical conviction and relational warmth.
