Job summary

BIBIBOP in Des Plaines, IL is seeking Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will greet guests, maintain food safety, and support kitchen tasks while learning and growing with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and create positive connections.
• Ensure guests receive BIBIBOP's signature service while multitasking efficiently.
• Follow and promote BIBIBOP’s vision, values, and standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Portion, prep, clean, and assist with various kitchen tasks.
• Regularly sanitize workstations and operate kitchen equipment safely.
