Job summary

BIBIBOP is hiring a Team Leader to guide daily operations at our Cary, NC location. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold quality standards across service and food preparation.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and excellent customer service, with opportunities for wage growth and benefits as you advance. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, greet guests with a friendly smile and create positive connections.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Manage food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previousexperience in a leadership role within a restaurant or retail environmentpreferred.
• Ability to stand forlong periodsand lift upto 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
