Job summary

Novus Foods seeks a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the BI program across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations. You will own the BI roadmap, design and deploy dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that improve profitability and operations.

You will manage a small analytics team, collaborate with IT on data quality and integration (ERP SAP S/4HANA), and drive analytics initiatives from concept to delivery, including

Qualifications

5+ years in BI, analytics, or business analysis in a corporate or mid-market environment.
Experience designing dashboards and data models across ERP, supply chain, and financial data.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the BI strategy, roadmap, and governance for the organization.
Build and maintain enterprise BI solutions (data warehouses, analytical databases).
Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver dashboards and reports on schedule.
Mentor a small analytics team (1–2 FTEs) and manage vendor relationships.
