Job summary

Maetz Consulting LLC in Miami, FL, seeks an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, dispense medications, and lead a team of pharmacy technicians. The role requires strong leadership and patient-care focus.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida PharmD license, is fluent in English and Spanish, and has at least 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience with proficiency in a Patient Management System. Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00.

Qualifications

• PharmD license valid to practice in Florida.
• Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy manager experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience leading a team of pharmacy technicians.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense pharmaceuticals to patients.

Preparing and dispensing appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients, leading a team of pharmacy technicians and managing the overall day-to-day pharmacy responsibilities.

Base Salary

Base Salary - $140,000 - $150,000

Work Hours

Work Hours-Monday-Friday - normally between 8:30AM-5:00PM

Requirements

• Must Be Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Current License to practice (PharmD) in Florida
• Excellent oral, written skills
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Previous leadership role helpful
• Must be able to utilize Patient Management System in the Pharmacy
• 3 years retail pharmacy manager experience
