Job summary

The CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Retail Pharmacist Lead in Miami, FL. This role compounds, dispenses medications, maintains prescription records, manages patient charges and inventory, and provides drug information to staff and patients.

You will interact with customers, advise executives on strategic matters, and exercise independent judgment on complex duties under minimal supervision. Required qualifications include a PharmD or Pharmacy bachelor’s degree, bilingual English/Spanish,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year immunization experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• 2 years experience with RX30 system preferred.
• Retail pharmacy experience essential.
• Active license with state Board of Pharmacy.

The Retail Pharmacist Lead compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals. The Retail Pharmacist Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Retail Pharmacist Lead prepares and maintains all necessary records on prescriptions, patient charges and inventory. Provides information to the staff members on drugs and pharmaceuticals. Directly interacts with the patients. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy bachelor Or PharmD
• Bi-lingual- English and Spanish speaking required
• 1 year of immunization experience
• 2 or more years of leadership experience
• 2 years technical experience, RX30 system preferred
• Retail Pharmacy experience
• Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$126,300 - $173,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
