Job summary

Socket.dev in Bala Cynwyd, PA seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support one attorney and a second paralegal. You will handle prelitigation and litigation matters from start to finish, managing your own caseload with strong client service.

You will open and close case files, prepare for depositions and trial, draft pleadings, orders and discovery, and coordinate with clients, clinics, and insurers. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from prelitigation through litigation.
• Open and close case files (medical records, police reports, insurance verifications).
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, and trial; draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and more.
• Coordinate and summarize depositions.
• Communicate with clients, other law offices, insurance adjusters, medical offices, etc.

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Bala Cynwyd, PA office! This role will join a POD supporting one attorney and working alongside another paralegal. You will manage both prelitigation and litigation matters from start to finish. • Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
