Credico, a global leader in direct sales services and analytics, is seeking a BI Developer to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence across campaigns and client accounts in the United States.

The role collaborates with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and ensure data quality using SQL and enterprise data warehouse sources. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience translating reporting needs into dashboards and insights.
• Strong SQL skills and data validation.
• Experience with data from an enterprise data warehouse.
• Ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Scope, build, test, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Analyze campaign and performance data to identify trends.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance.
• Validate data accuracy and perform quality checks.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity.
• Support report distribution and documentation.
