Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Irving, TX is seeking a Business Intelligence Co-Op to join the MedTech BI team for Jan to July 2027, 40 hours per week.

You will develop, maintain and optimize BI reports and dashboards, define KPIs with cross-functional teams, and work with databases writing SQL queries.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a data-related degree, have GPA 3.2+, experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Technology Service Management, or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.
• Experience with Power BI.
• SQL and Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports and Dashboards.
• Develop a continuity strategy for the site's business intelligence strategy, including comprehensive dashboard documentation and knowledge articles of our actual BI suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Work with databases and write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Stay up to date with BI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
