Job summary

Texas Health Resources seeks a seasoned Manager BI Applications & Production Support to lead a high-performing BI team across the organization. You will oversee production support, upgrades, capacity planning, and governance while mentoring staff and aligning work with strategic goals.

This role requires strong leadership, expertise with BI tools, data governance, SDLC and ITSM processes, and excellent communication with vendors, business users, and executives in a large Texas healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in General Business, Marketing, Healthcare, IT Data Analytics, Statistics or relevant field (required).
Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT Data Analytics, Statistics or relevant field (preferred).
7+ years analytics/BI experience with leadership exposure in BI/EDW, IT development, healthcare, or analytics.
Experience with BI visualization software, data prep tools, and SQL development to support decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead a BI Applications Administration team delivering a secure, reliable BI environment.
Oversee production support, upgrades, capacity planning, access management, and content governance.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, ITSM, privacy and security concepts; coordinate with stakeholders and leadership.
