Job summary

Comprehensive Power, Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a Blanket Purchase Agreement delivering Enterprise Knowledge Management services to a U.S. Combatant Command at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of business analysis, process improvement, or BI experience.
• Hands-on Power BI report development and SQL proficiency.
• Experience creating process maps and documentation using standard conventions.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows and collect data through interviews and analytics.
• Evaluate alignment of tech, people, and processes to reveal constraints.
• Document Information Exchange Requirements and define participants, data, and formats.
• Develop standardized process maps, as-is and to-be workflows, using flowcharts or swim lanes.
• Create user-focused procedural guides translating complex workflows into steps.
