Job summary

Recreate Behavioral Health Network seeks a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support clients in a residential and clinical setting, guiding their journey toward wellness and fostering a sense of belonging. You will conduct clinical and housing intakes, orient clients, transport them to appointments, and act as a compassionate advocate focused on safety and well‑being.

A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• High school or equivalent required.
• Behavioral health experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and housing intakes, providing a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients.
• Seamlessly orient new clients to the facility and residential areas, making them feel at home.
• Be a role model and advocate for clients, ensuring their well-being and safety.
• Transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring a safe, timely arrival and a comfortable experience.
• Adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment, always ready for new challenges.
• Share the power of the 12 Step Program, supporting clients on their transformative journeys.
• Demonstrate expertise in executing room and bag searches.
