Job summary

WillHire is seeking an RN for wound care at BHMC in Brooklyn, NY to provide safe, competent care to a designated patient group under the supervision of the Wound and Ostomy Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years healthcare experience, BSN, active NYS RN license, and a Wound Care certificate (CWON/CWCN/CWS/WCC). Proficiency with BHMC's EHR and related systems, strong interpersonal skills, and relevant pressure injury expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in healthcare.
• BSN
• Ability to fully utilize BHMC’s electronic record systems, equipment, and other healthcare and billing systems relevant to this position.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Active NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) issued by the WOCNCB; or Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) issued by the WOCNCB; or Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) issued by the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM); or Wound Care Certified Certification (WCC) issued by the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO).
