Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited school (not in candidacy status)

Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge and skills to assess psychosocial functioning and needs of Veterans and families
Develop and implement individual treatment plans and utilize appropriate treatment modalities
Coordinate with community resources and agencies to support patient care
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff, and community partners
Provide consultations and guidance to other social workers and trainees
