Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will help keep patients safe while supporting their recovery in a structured, team-focused environment where every action matters and growth is encouraged.

You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership, maintain a safe and therapeutic setting, and interact with empathy and professionalism. A High School diploma is required, six months of relevant experience preferred, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation/restraint training required or provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
