Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership, offering hands-on support in a structured, therapeutic environment to keep patients safe and support their recovery.

You will work with a dedicated team in a purpose-driven setting, with predictable schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow your skills in empathy, safety, and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
