Job summary

One Medical, a primary care leader, is seeking physicians to join our Beverly Hills team. You will deliver high-quality care in a tech-enabled setting, manage a diverse patient panel, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The role is full-time in Beverly Hills, with onboarding and ongoing professional development. A competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits is offered to eligible team members working 24+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing Clinical Rounds and other modalities for learning.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
