Job summary

Redner’s Markets, Inc. is seeking a Beer and Wine Manager to lead all functions of the Beer and Wine department. You will oversee ordering, storage, invoicing, and conditions to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

The role requires managing staff, forecasting demand, analyzing reports, and enforcing PLCB regulations. This is a full-time position based in the Beer and Wine department of the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer knowledge to navigate online ordering.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Must be able to stand for the shift and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all beer and wine sales and daily department operations within budget and quality standards.
• Forecast, plan, and manage beverage orders and inventory using the in-house system.
• Coordinate with vendors on product displays and seasonal offerings.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing PLCB compliance training for beer and wine staff.
• Maintain excellent customer service and department profitability.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and service levels.
• Communicate department goals to store management and partners.
