Four Winds Casinos is seeking a dedicated Beverage Room Cleaner to maintain clean and sanitary beverage areas across our on-site facilities. The role focuses on deep cleaning bar floors, mats, coolers, counters, and related equipment to meet health and safety standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and obtain a Level 4 Gaming License. The position involves standing, lifting up to 50 lb, and working in a loud casino environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensures compliance to standards set by management in cleaning public and service area bar floors.
• Cleans mats, beer coolers, counters and bar counters.
• Deep cleans reach-in refrigerators and walk-in coolers incl. shelves, walls, vents, floors.
• Deep cleans glass washers and ice bins/units; disassemble, clean, and reassemble parts.
• Wipes and cleans bar areas and beverage storage areas; ensures sanitation.
• Maintains liquor and beer storage areas organization and cleanliness.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitary; complies with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for ensuring all beverage areas are deep cleaned and maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:

• Ensures compliance to standards set by management in cleaning public and service area bar floors.
• Cleans mats, beer coolers, counters and bar counters.
• Deep cleans reach in refrigerators and walk in coolers which includes shelves, walls, vents, floors.
• Deep cleans glass washers and ice bins/units, ensuring all parts are taken apart, cleaned, and replaced correctly.
• Sweeps, mops, and power washes (as necessary) all bar areas and beverage storage areas, including under coolers and countertops.
• Assists to maintain liquor and beer storage areas organization and cleanliness.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitary.
• Complies with standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
• Understands the use and proper storage of chemicals on property.
• Utilizes deep cleaning equipment when necessary.
• Maintains knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Assists with all other deep cleaning projects as assigned.
