Diageo invites you to join its Beverage Technical Development Program (TDT) as a 12-month contract, offering full-time hours with a conversion opportunity to a full-time role after completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree expected by July 2027 in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Ag/Bio Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive projects to conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquid processing or fermentation / distillation optimization from lab to manufacturing scale.
• Complete laboratory batching, formulation, and scale-up trials to support the liquid team during commercialization.
• Produce trial cooks, fermentations, and distillations, plus batches and sales samples in the Pilot Plant.
• Generate new liquid and raw material specifications, input data into SAP.
• Operate analytical chemistry equipment (e.g. HPLC, GC) to generate insights and develop methods.
