Responsibilities include recording batch data, maintaining accurate ingredient inventories, sanitation, and participating in safety trainings to support dependable production and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing or food processing preferred.
• Effectively communicate to all members of the organization and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bulk quantities of beverage syrup by mixing concentrate and ingredients according to recipes.
• Adjust batch sizes by calculating ingredient amounts to meet quality standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and operate the batch room and equipment per FDA and GMP standards.
• Record ingredient amounts and data on Batch Sheets and other documentation.
• Manage syrup inventory and ensure correct use by tracking codes and dates.
• Participate in required Safety, Food Safety, and GMP trainings.
