Job summary

McDonald's is hiring for a Crew Member to prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will provide warm customer service, take orders, and handle payments while maintaining clean equipment and space.

Responsibilities include following recipes and safety standards, restocking supplies, and assisting the team with various tasks. Roles are available for both part-time and full-time schedules at cafes owned by independent franchisees.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training provided)

Starting pay is $15.10 per hour for Daytime and Evening Shifts

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour for Early Morning (Start at 4am) or Late Night (Finish after midnight) Shifts!!

Higher starting rates for previous experience in the food or service industry.
