Compass Group USA, Eurest unit at Microsoft in Redmond, WA, is hiring a full-time Beverage Supervisor for 1 Microsoft Way location. Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM. Fixed pay rate $34.50 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
