Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a server to deliver fast-paced, friendly service on our casino floor, handling beverages and cash with accuracy. You’ll support guest needs, coordinate with the bar team, and help ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests.

Eligible applicants must be 18+, possess strong English communication, and have prior guest service and cash handling experience. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available as part of the role.

• Ability to pass basic math test.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Previous guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous, prompt, and courteous service to guests on the casino floor.
• Restock cart with beverages as needed.
• Count and balance bank and alcohol inventory.
• Empty, clean, and rotate ashtrays; manage disposal of disposable cups and return of glasses.
• Provide information and directions to guests and relay issues to management.

Job Overview

Applies high guest service standards while providing a convenient method for guests on the casino gaming floor to purchase alcoholic beverages or receive complimentary beverages.

This position comes with a $1,000.00 sign on bonus.

Illuminate Your Future: What You'll Do:

• Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to guests in assigned sections and is accountable for all cash transactions that may, at times, be high volume. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Adheres to responsible alcohol service standards.
• Restocks cart with beverages as needed.
• Counts and balances bank and alcohol inventory.
• Empties, cleans, and rotates ashtrays in assigned sections. Discards disposable beverage cups and returns glasses to bar.
• Provides information and direction to guests on the casino floor and promptly communicates guest concerns or issues to the Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager.
